We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out disinfecting and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.


Responsibilities

  • Clean designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting ceiling vents, restroom disinfecting etc)
  • Perform daily assigned routines
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects (for floaters)
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Maintain stores kept within individual store rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Follow all health and safety regulations



Requirements

  • WSQ certified cleaners preferred
  • Proven working experience as a cleaner
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery (for floaters)
  • Knowledge of disinfecting chemicals and supplies
  • Integrity
  • Responsible

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day cleaning operations at clients’ premises
  • Recruit, train, supervise and appraise the supervisors and workers
  • Handle feedbacks from clients and rectify any issues on-site professionally
  • Planning of work flow and periodic disinfecting schedules, reports and correspondence
  • Coordinate daily work procedures
  • Plan purchase of supplies
  • Weekly / monthly reporting of work related issues to management
  • Periodic meeting with clients

 

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in project management environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS office
  • Good communication skills, fluency in any dialects will be an advantage
  • In possession of a Class 3 License
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Committed and service-oriented team player
  • Good organizational skills such as detail oriented and multi-tasking
  • Critical Thinking and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
We are looking for a responsible Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

Responsibilities

  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
  • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
  • Receive complaints and resolve problems
  • Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
  • Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and submit performance reports
  • Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
